How They Met
Warren and Rose met at Stanford University in the late 1970s/early 1980s. Warren was completing his joint J.D./M.B.A. program (graduating 1981), while Rose was an undergraduate studying Communications and International Relations (graduating 1982). Their engagement was announced in the New York Times on April 21, 1985.
