Winston & Strawn partner Warren Loui was named Chairman of the Board of the Weingart Center, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit recognized as the most comprehensive “one-stop” service center for homeless and at-risk populations in the Western United States, located on Skid Row in Downtown Los Angeles.
