Significance to Family

Punahou represents continuity in the Loui family’s commitment to education excellence. Florence Chinn Loui, herself a pioneering physician who overcame significant barriers to education, sent all but one of her sons to this elite institution. A generation later, her grandchildren continued the family tradition, with Thomas excelling in athletics and Natalie participating in the arts.
